Excellent experience! From walking in and engaging with the receptionist to walking out feeling refreshed and relaxed, it was fantastic. Arrived on time (they're great about giving you details to help be on time, something I really value when visiting a new business in a busy shopping neighborhood) and was greeted right away and used the very clean restroom before my appointment. Upon exiting, Sonia was ready for me right away. She's excellent - I highly recommend her - and made my 60-minute massage a truly wonderful experience. Am definitely headed back SOON! Thank you to Project Zen and Sonia for a lovely experience and a renewed sense of peace!

I've been going to Project Zen for years. It always feels like a luxurious escape from the stress of the hustle and bustle. I just went in yesterday for a deep tissue massage with Jan W and it was so great that I was thinking during the massage when was the next time I could schedule another massage. I will note that because it was a deep tissue massage it was not necessarily relaxing, but that's not what I needed. I wanted someone to really work on the strained and tense muscle in my back/shoulders. So going into the massage with that mentality really improved the experience for me. She applied the perfect amount of pressure for me. I'm very eager to schedule my next visit!

Each of my experiences at Project Zen have been wonderful! I've done hot stone, deep tissue, foot reflexology, Swedish massage. Service is always prompt, friendly and the masseuses listen to what you want. Very clean and quiet facility. Highly recommend Project Zen!
