Cancellation Policy

What is your reservation policy?

We require a credit card number to hold your appointment, and we ask that you give us a 24 hour notice for cancellations or changes to your reservation. We charge a 50% fee on the full priced service for no shows or cancellations under 24 hours. We schedule therapists accordingly to our bookings and we want to make sure they are properly compensated. Also, by booking your appointment, we may be turning away other guests for those services. Thank you for your understanding.

What if I am late?

If you are late, we will try our best to provide you with a full session, however we may have to cut your service short if there is another appointment scheduled immediately after you.

What can I expect from my appointment?

We ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes early for your session so that we can have you fill out a short intake form which will help us to customize your massage experience. You will have an additional 5 minutes before your session to undress and use the restroom and 5 minutes after for the same. During your service, your therapist will strive to provide you with a massage that meets all of your needs. Once your session has ended, we will offer you a complimentary tea service that you may enjoy in our reception. When you have finished, you may check out at the reception desk.

Where can I park?

Check out our PARKING GUIDE for detailed parking information. There is metered parking, residential parking, and a convenient lot nearby that is $3 for all day parking.

What conditions disqualify me as a candidate for massage?

Severe sunburn - Tumor, cancer or a blood clotting disorder (hemophilia) - You are in the first three months of pregnancy - You have a broken or fractured bone or an open wound - Fever
