What is your reservation policy?

We require a credit card number to hold your appointment, and we ask that you give us a 24 hour notice for cancellations or changes to your reservation. We charge a 50% fee on the full priced service for no shows or cancellations under 24 hours. We schedule therapists accordingly to our bookings and we want to make sure they are properly compensated. Also, by booking your appointment, we may be turning away other guests for those services. Thank you for your understanding.

What time will my therapist arrive for my appointment?

Our therapist will arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to setup the massage space in your home, this will allow the therapist to start your treatment on time.

What if I am late in returning home or I am not ready for my therapist when they arrive?

If you are late or not ready, we will try our best to provide you with a full session, however we may have to cut your service short if there is another appointment scheduled immediately after you.

Do I need to provide parking?

No, however parking tips are appreciated and will ensure your therapist is on time.

Should I tip, and is cash prefered?

Tipping 15-20% is the norm, depending on the level of satisfaction with you massage. Cash is preferred, however the option of tipping by credit card will be available.

Do you offer couples massage or multiple therapists for a group event?

Yes. Please speak with a receptionist to set up couples or group massages.

Am I going to be naked for my massage?

You may undress to your level of comfort for you massage. Most clients choose to remove all clothing for Swedish and deep tissue sessions, as they may require some direct contact with the skin and use oil. If that is uncomfortable with you, you may choose to leave on any garments, but please be advised that some oil may get onto them. If you are unclothed for your session, a sheet will always cover parts of the body that are not being worked on. If you have any concerns about this, please do not hesitate to ask.

Can I extend my massage from 60 to 90 minutes once I have started?

Possibly, if the therapist does not have another appointment directly after yours.

Should I ask for stronger or lighter pressure during my massage?

Yes! Our therapists’ goal is to provide the perfect session for you. Everybody’s body is different and your therapist will need your help to hone in the exact amount of pressure that is perfect for you. Although your therapist will always check in with you at certain times throughout the massage, please do not be shy about speaking up at any moment to request a change in pressure or anything else that will make your massage more enjoyable.

Is it okay to talk during my session?

To get the most out of your massage it is always best to try to focus on relaxing, but since this is your home feel free to talk if that is what makes you relax.
